How do I return or exchange an item?
- Email info@rainlilyboutique.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the boots in their original box and send them with a tracked service.
- Once your return is approved, we refund your original payment method within 5 working days.
Need a different size? Return the item and place a new order, or email us for a direct exchange if the size you need is in stock. If you change your mind, you cover the return postage.
There's a problem with my order - what should I do?
Email info@rainlilyboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the full cost of the return. If your parcel has not arrived, we investigate with Australia Post for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Email info@rainlilyboutique.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need.
Once your order is on its way it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.
