Where we ship

Rain Lily Boutique ships to addresses within Australia.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Delivery times

  • Order processing: 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next working day.
  • Delivery: Australia Post, tracked, usually 5-8 working days after dispatch.
  • Total: most orders arrive within 7-12 working days of being placed. Deliveries to rural and remote areas can take a few days longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, severe weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and link. Tracking can take 1-2 working days to show the first update. You can find more help on our Track Your Order page.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email info@rainlilyboutique.com as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not been dispatched.

Missed deliveries and lost parcels

If Australia Post cannot deliver your parcel, it is usually taken to your nearest Post Office or parcel locker for collection, and a card or notification is left for you. If your tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email info@rainlilyboutique.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
