2. Using our store
By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and prices
We take care to show our products, colours and sizes accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Standard shipping within Australia is free. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 8, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Rain Lily Boutique or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law.
