Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within Australia. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery option for your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, Australia Post delivery usually takes 5-8 working days, so most orders arrive within 7-12 working days of being placed.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and link. You can also find tracking help on our Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@rainlilyboutique.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can change the address or cancel the order as long as it has not been dispatched yet.
Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your boots. They should be unworn outdoors and returned in their original condition and box. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email info@rainlilyboutique.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as parcels sent without instructions may be delayed.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method and confirm it by email. Banks usually show the refund within 5-10 working days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Email info@rainlilyboutique.com with your order number and the size you need. We will help you return the original pair and place an order for the new size.
What if my boots arrive faulty or damaged?
Please email info@rainlilyboutique.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Sizing and care
Our Boots
What size should I order?
Our boots are listed in AU men's sizes, which are the same as UK men's sizes. If you usually buy US sizes, choose one size smaller (for example, US 10 is AU 9). If you are between sizes or wear thicker socks, go half a size up.
Can you help me choose a size?
Of course. Email info@rainlilyboutique.com with the size you usually wear in boots or sneakers and the style you are looking at, and we will reply with our recommendation before you order.
How should I care for my boots?
Brush off dirt after wearing and wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Let wet boots dry naturally at room temperature, away from heaters and direct sun, and store them upright so the shaft keeps its shape.
Are all colours shown?
Yes. Every colour has its own photo, so you can compare shades before you order. Screens can show colours slightly differently, so if you are unsure about a shade, email us and we will describe it.
